All online reports are processed 100% anonymously, and we take every measure to ensure that no disadvantage or retaliation will occur as a result of your disclosure. ■ Types of Reports 1. Acceptance or borrowing of money, gifts, or entertainment 2. Embezzlement or theft of company funds 3. Solicitation or improper demands 4. Violations of Fair Trade laws 5. Workplace bullying, sexual harassment, or other human rights violations 6. Leakage of company information or personnel 7. Other misconduct or corrupt activities ■ Protection of Whistleblowers 1. We strictly guarantee the confidentiality of whistleblowers’ identities and ensure they suffer no disadvantage of any kind. 2. All submitted reports will be investigated and addressed as quickly as possible, and the results will be communicated back to the whistleblower. 3. Reports should follow the 5W1H principle (who, what, when, where, why, how). Reports lacking sufficient accuracy may be excluded from investigation. ■ Reporting Procedure 1.
