RTT Method

RTT is the economical transfer method overcoming productivity of transfer and formability of Insert Film.

• Applicable to various products made of plastics, metals, and so on by transferring only patterns(ink) from a film to an injected product using heat, a vacuum, and air pressure.
• An integrated method for Cost Saving by blending with each strength of TOM(Film Wrapping) & IMD(Ink Transferring), solving the problem of hard trimming process that TOM has, and improving the limiting design of IMD.
